Press Operators (Mendon,
Michigan/Findlay ,Ohio)
TH Plastics Inc. a custom injection molding manufacturer is now accepting applications for 2nd and 3rd shift Press Operators. Ideal candidates will possess factory experience in plastics and have a strong work record along with references. Reliable transportation is a must.
Manufacturing Engineer (Findlay, Ohio)
TH Plastics, a progressive molder of thermoplastics for the appliance industry, is seeking an experienced individual for our facility in Findlay, Ohio. Responsibilities for this position include new process development, process improvement, corrective actions, and lean implementation. Qualified candidates must have a bachelors degree in a related field, a mininum of 2 yrs experience in plastics, and have strong project management and communication skills.
Process Engineer (Bowling Green, Ohio)
This person will be expected to establish and maintain processes for all injection molding operations, as well as familiarity with tooling and product launch. Additional responsibilities include process development and maintenance of existing process documentation. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience in plastics, scientific molding and/or systematic molding training is a plus, exposure to statistical techniques for process improvement (six sigma methods), and have strong process development and communication skills. Experience in molding rigid PVC as well as other engineering grade resins is beneficial.
Quality Manager (Bowling Green, Ohio)
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the quality management functions and must be experienced in new product development, process improvement, corrective actions, lean manufacturing and six sigma applications. Qulaified candidates must have a bachelors degree in a related field and have strong management and communication skills. A background in injection molded plastics and experience with IQS quality management software would be beneficial.
Supervisor (Bowling Green, Ohio)
This individual will be responsible for supervising and assisting in all phases of production, and must be able to set, sample and start up molds. Responsibilities in the plant will include operator assignments, processing, job change over, training, material handling, process troubleshooting and nonconforming product resolution. Other administrative responsibilities will include communication with management, recordkeeping, and required disciplinary actions. Experience in molding rigid PVC as well as other engineering grade resins is beneficial. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Mold Maintenance Technician (Bowling Green, Ohio)
This individual will be responsible for providing support for our injection molding department. Qualified candidates must be able to troubleshoot electrical issues on hot runner and corepull systems nad have experience in welding and machining with at least 5 years total work experience in mold repair and construction.
Material Coordinator (Bowling Green, Ohio)
This individual will be responsible for MRO ordering and maintaining raw material inventory. Additional responsibilities including updating releases to suppliers for raw material (order the raw material through releases), entering all receivers into thee system and then back flush transactions for production scrap and uptime. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in materials in a manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication, organizational, and related inventory based software skills.
